Hi and welcome to this Adobe Premiere Pro tutorial on how to take a screenshot of a frame. It’s really easy to learn as all you need to do is drag the playhead to your desired frame then locate the camera icon (Export Frame Option) underneath the preview window and press the button to take the screenshot.
